The customer's existing Borgers equipment includes: tracked mobile jaw crusher BGJ1475, tracked mobile cone crusher BGC2260, tracked mobile heavy-duty stripping and screening machine BGS2600, tracked mobile double-deck screening machine BGS275. The 4 sets of equipment constitute a complete set of production processes from front-end stripping, screening, crushing to product classification.

At present, these equipment serve the demolition and reconstruction project of an old large-scale factory building in the local area, mainly used for the crushing, screening and recycling of the foundation of the plant, and the crushed materials are used for concrete and water-stabilized layer. Among them, the BGS2600 tracked heavy-duty screening machine is used as the stripping and screening of the crushing front, stripping out the higher soil (mud content of more than 20%) in the raw materials, and the stripping and screening processing capacity is more than 400 tons/hour.

The material stripped out by the BGS2600 tracked heavy-duty screen enters the BGJ1475 tracked mobile jaw crusher and the BGC2260 tracked mobile cone crusher in turn, and the iron separator located on the BGJ1475 removes the steel bars in the raw material and accumulates them to one side of the equipment. The BGS275 tracked mobile screen is equipped with two layers of screens (13mm and 5mm), which screen out three kinds of finished materials: 0-5mm, 5-13mm and +13mm. The entire line has a capacity of 200 t/h (based on a stockpile density of 1.6 t/m³).
