New product BGS275 unveiled in Jiangsu province China
Feb 09, 2023
The recent acquisition of a Borgers track mobile screening plant – BGS275 provides the complete solution for iron ore separation in Jiangsu province.
Mr Yang, Director of this company, approached Borgers for a screening solution to separate sticky and high moisture containing iron ore. After we saw the working field and the iron ore, we knew that BGS275 can easily handle the material.
Mr Yang commented “Our own screens can only separate dry material, to handling such sticky and wet ores, our screens blocked every 15 minutes!”
In order to screen such sticky and wet material efficiently, we need to keep the material on the mesh as long as we can. So, firstly we lower the screen box angle to 20°.And to avoid blocking, we change the bottom deck into self-clean mesh.
To fit the customer’s demand, the top mesh was 20mm, and the bottom mesh was 8mm.
Mr Yang cannot believe that after hours screening work, BGS275 was still efficiently working there without blocking. Their operators told us, they have tried many screens, none of them can working without blocking for so long time. And they said BGS275 will make great profit to their company.
Because of the good effect of the screen, the customer decided to purchase another machine from us, which named BGW2260C. We are now assembling the machine in Liyang. And we believe that this machine will also provide the customer with good and efficient work.
