The Borgers BGFS1548 Heavy-duty Screener is designed to work before the Primary crusher or work after cone crusher as an end product screener, Normally it is used on the first stage of the whole production line in most application. So this screen box is made by high-strength steel and Hardox steel for increasing service life.
The screen media could be choose based on the application. There are some screen media combinations on the top deck for optional. Eg: Bar screens, tines screens, finger screens, punch plate screens.
And Woven mesh, ZIGZAG mesh, self-cleaning mesh, string wire mesh for your choice on the bottom deck.
Application include Quarrying,mining construction and demolition,sand,gravel,coal,topsoil,material recycling and aggregates. The plant has the capacity up to 500 t/h and can be fed either by a crusher or an excavator.
