The Borgers BGS2600 mobile tracked heavy duty screen is designed to work after a primary crusher or on its own as a frontline mobile tracked screening machine. Application include Quarrying,mining construction and demolition debris,sand,gravel,coal,topsoil and aggregates. The plant has the capacity up to 500 t/h and can be fed either by a tracked mobile crusher or an excavator.

The Borgers BGS5500 is a self contained high capacity mobile scalping unit. Designed and constructed to the highest specification,the machine can withstand the toughest of applications from waste reclamation projects to quarry face and demolition environments, special features include a heavy duty twin deck vibrating grid,remote control movement and a tracked undercarriage. Heavy duty aggressive scalping and screening double deck grid. Robust T-Bar cassette top deck and meshed bottom deck configuration for accurate screening of product material. Hydraulic folding main conveyor and grid raise allow for rapid set up and tear down times.

Borgers 4200 combines the functions of scalping, screening and stockpiling into the one integrated mobile unit. Its rugged design for screening materials such as sand and gravel, topsoil or aggregates. Standard features include a variable speed belt feeder, remote tipping reject grid, hydraulic screen angle adjustment, and three on-board stockpiling conveyors.
